Application Engineers in Business Development team for US Office

Job Involves:         

a) Establish a sound network of customers,agents,distributors,suppliers etc.         
b) Experience in application Engineering and has a good aptitude for selling. 
c) Main focus on OEMs based in North America. 
d) Will be responsible for North American market, to attend sales calls, Manage sales reps, responsible for sales targets. 
e) The candidate must be willing to travel exhaustively with in US. 
 f) The products include self-certified assemblies like Gauges, Oil Pumps,Electromechanical assemblies, etc. 
 g) Customer development, increasing the share of business. 
 h) Product Costing, Negotiation and finalization of product price. 
 i) Communication and Coordination with customers on product development process. 
 j) Manage Customer relations. 
 k) Market Intelligence.

Key Performance Indicators : 

a) Increase in number of revenue from International customers. 
b) Cost savings in terms of acquiring cost and retention costs. 
c) Increase in Pricol's brand Awareness globally (May be measured in terms of size of business network developed) 
d) No of new prodcuts launched. 
e) Amount of new technology acquired.        

Skills Required:

a) Excellent Communication skills
b) Initiative
c) Ability to understand the design of Components

Qualification :

a) Engineers  of any stream.
   
Preferably Indians who have recently settled in US. After their graduation.
